      超市所处的地理位置,对于超市的经营状况起到十分重要的作用,因此对超市选址进行研究具有重要意义。本文采用ArcGIS缓冲区分析和叠加分析功能对超市选址进行研究。从超市选址的主要影响因素出发,分别对淮安市淮海街道人口中心、交通线路以及已有超市位置进行缓冲分析,得到人口密度分布图、交通便利缓冲图以及已有超市竞争范围图,然后将这三幅图进行综合叠加分析,得到超市选址的理想范围。结果表明,ArcGIS缓冲区分析和叠加分析可以为超市的选址提供参考,具有一定的实用价值。

      Geographic location of supermarkets plays a very important role to the operating conditions,so it is important to study location selection of supermarkets.Using buffer and overlay analysis in ArcGIS,this paper studied supermarkets location selection.From the main factors,this paper analyzed population centers,transportation routes and the existing supermarkets location of Huaihai street in Huaian city respectively,then obtained three maps,such as population density distribution map,buffered transportation m...
